Study on risk to spouse/caregivers

The study that showed limited benefit for older woman from Vitamin D got more play in most papers, but I found this other study from this week's New England Journal of Medicine a little more interesting -- it showed the risk of death of a spouse/caregiver when their loved one is seriously ill.
