Medicare Part D "unwise" ...
That is according to R. Glenn Hubbard, former chairman of President Bush's Council of Economic Advisers in the Wall Street Journal online, as quoted in the Health Business Blog. He was talking about the need for overall reform in entitlements. You'll need online access to WSJ to read whole thing, which came in an online exchange/debate with Robert Reich.
